Phase 1 complete and move in ready! |

Here at the top of the year, Ridge View at Eagle Rock is now complete. Having received their full Certificates of Occupancy, the first 12 light industrial buildings are now move in ready. With incentive pricing starting at $160 per square foot, a price which brings incredible value to the industrial market. Work progresses on phase four of the industrial park, with the completion of that phase projected at the end of April. Phase four, which has been released early, is one of two phases thich includes frontage on Olsen Road, and unbelievable Las Vegas Strip view. |

The fourth phase of the Henderson industrial park, in now being tilted. With crains moving swiftly and standing the concrete panels, the next ten concrete tilt buildings are expected to be fully standing by the weeks end. First 12 Buildings Tilted |

Today marked the completion of tilting all wall panels of the first 12 industrial buildings for the Henderson Nevada industrial building in the Ridge View at Eagle Rock project. "Its always good to see concrete in the air" said Jerry Daugherty of JD Construction. The project is moving along quickly, with buildings projected to be completed in October. The project will hold an open house for the project on October 12th, 2007, when it will host the first "Full Tilt Friday" event, geared as a social networkworking event highlighting the project.
